At Farishta, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our users. Since we are an online platform offering virtual services, shipping and delivery are primarily related to how our services are delivered to you.
1. How Our Services are Delivered
All services, including consultations, live sessions, and guidance, are provided online. After booking a session with one of our trusted Maulana or Mufti, the service will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Chat Consultation: Delivered instantly after booking your session. You can chat with your selected scholar directly through our platform.
Voice Call Consultation: A scheduled call at your chosen time. You will receive a call from the scholar to discuss your concerns.
Video Call Consultation: A video session at the scheduled time where you can interact with the scholar in real-time.
2. Delivery Time
Our virtual services are available based on the availability of the Maulana or Mufti you choose. You can expect to receive your consultation at the agreed-upon time, and if there are any delays, we will inform you ahead of time.
3. Service Charges
We offer both free and premium services. Premium services may be subject to charges, which will be clearly mentioned before you confirm your booking. Payments are securely processed on our platform, and charges depend on the type of consultation (chat, voice, video) and the experience of the scholar.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans may change. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. In case of any issues during the session, we offer a refund policy based on the circumstances, and our customer support team will assist you.
