Farishta (Zovex Technology Private Limited) is committed to providing transparency and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the rules and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Before Service Confirmation: Users can cancel their booking request at any time before the service provider (Molana/Mufti) confirms the session. No charges will apply.

After Service Confirmation: If the booking has been confirmed, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund unless stated otherwise (see Refund Policy).

1.2 Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a service provider cancels the appointment for any reason:

  • Users will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Users may also have the option to reschedule their session without additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • The service provider fails to deliver the service.

  • The user cancels before the session has been confirmed.

  • Technical issues on the platform prevent the session from taking place.

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • User cancellations after the service has been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons (e.g., not liking the advice or interaction).

  • Missed sessions due to the user’s unavailability.

2.3 Refund Process
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • In certain cases, platform credits may be issued instead of monetary refunds.

3. Rescheduling
  • Users may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring additional fees.

  • Rescheduling within less than 2 hours of the session may be treated as a late cancellation, and refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances.
